David Hall

Board Member

David comes from a food science and process microbiology background, so his technical expertise is second to none. His 40-year food manufacturing career has included working as a Chemist, Production Line Manager, Planning Manager, Bakery Plant Manager and Managing Director. During his career David has held senior positions with several household names, such as PURA and Northern Foods.

We are delighted to have David on our board as he is committed to supporting food skills training and apprenticeships. In fact he was a key member of the employer group responsible for developing the Level 2 Baker Standard. Currently he is also President Elect of ABST (Alliance of Bakery Students and Trainees).
