Poultec will work with the employer and individual to map out the programme with the aim of meeting each parties aims whilst delivering a high quality training programme to prepare the individual for successful completion of the end-point assessment. Poultec are also happy to help support employers to recruit new apprentices and will give full guidance in this area.
