WATOK Welfare of Animals at Time of Killing

COC training and assessment in all categories of red and white meat species. Availability across the UK with experienced assessors able to support learning in abattoirs of all sizes. Training can be delivered individually or in small groups via remote link or in person. Multiple assessments can be completed on one day, where circumstances permit. The COC program can be linked to bespoke animal welfare/meat quality training packages.
